4/27 Power Training; ME Lower

1A) Spider Bar Box Squat (1" below parallel)

2A) Step ups 4x8 to 225
3A) GHR vs mini bands 3x max reps 15/12/10
4A) Seated good mornings 3x10
5A) Mini band leg curl x100
6A) Regular sit ups with bar start bar in decline bench position end in overhead 3x8 to 105
7A) 1 Min Planks x3 *tomorrow
8A) Light Sled Drag (Half Mile) *tomorrow

Wow!! Tons to get done today and I did my best but 2 hours and 15 minutes wasn't quite enough time.  I felt good today and can see that all this work that I am putting in will definitely benefit me later.
